Welcome to our first team rider: DANIEL POPESCU. Straight outta SLATINA, ROMANIA, this guy has been killing the European freestyle game recently. 1st place at Urban Rural Ride 2022, 2nd at Paderborn 2022, 2nd at Euro Freestyle 2022.

PSK8: What's your name and age?
D: My name is Daniel Popescu and I'm 17 years old.
PSK8: How long have you been skating freestyle?
D: I've been skating for 6 years.
PSK8: Favourite trick?
D: My favorite trick is rolling handstand flips.

D: I don't really have a favorite skater but I am really inspired by skaters like Marco Sassi, Reece Archibald and Nick Beaulieu.

D: My favorite song is Sarcophagic Frenzy by Cannibal Corpse.
PSK8: What's your best memory on a board?
D: The best moment I had was when I won the best trick contest in Paderborn 2019.
